To use this form and receive a digital card, you must reside within Richland city limits and be an adult (18+).

To sign up your kids, age 17 and under, for a library card, use this form.

For other Tri-Cities residents, you are eligible to receive a reciprocal library card, but you must come into the library with valid photo ID to register and receive your library card.
