Richland Public Library no longer charges late fines. There may still be charges to an account for lost or damaged items. Check your library account to verify your balance. 

You may pay your balance virtually by accessing your account online and paying with a credit card. To access our online payment portal, login to your account here and pay the fines from within your account. The online payment portal accepts all major forms of credit card.

We no longer accept fine payments at the library, but you may use one of our public PCs to do so.
